List your bookable rooms and desks on Google and on the tucoworking.com marketplace without duplicating work: availability comes from Fustibus and every booking, whatever channel it comes from, lands in the same calendar. No double bookings, and the source channel recorded on each one.

Bookings from Google
Integration with Reserve with Google (Google Actions Center): customers see the free slots of your rooms and desks and book from Google. The booking enters Fustibus as pending payment and the customer pays online with its payment link.
Changes and cancellations
If the customer changes the time or cancels from Google, the booking is updated in Fustibus and Google receives the status changes. Refunds are handled from the back office, with their corrective invoice.
tucoworking.com connector
Publish your locations, spaces and rates on the marketplace with their availability. Bookings reach Fustibus already paid, with nothing to type in.
Slot held during payment
When a customer starts booking on tucoworking.com, Fustibus holds the slot as pending payment: nobody can sell it from the website or the back office until it is confirmed or expires.
Booking reconciliation
Fustibus can review the bookings the marketplace has on record and create any that are missing, in case a notification got lost along the way.
One single calendar
Website, member portal, back office, Google and tucoworking.com all book against the same availability. Each booking is tagged with its source channel.
Each location's hours on Google
Syncs the address, phone numbers, weekly hours and closed days (one-off closures and holidays) of each location with its Google Business Profile.
No Fustibus commission
Fustibus charges no commission on bookings coming from tucoworking.com; only the marketplace payment gateway fee applies.
