We answer your pricing questions
No. You can cancel at any time. On the monthly plan no extra period is charged; on the annual plan the unused part is not refunded unless you cancel within the first 30 days.
No. You pay per location, with unlimited members. Whether your space has 20 people or 300, the fee is the same.
Invoicing compliant with the Spanish RRSIF: a chained, tamper-evident record of every invoice, the mandatory hash and QR code, and submission to the tax authority. Included in every plan, with no add-on modules or extra fees.
You send us an export of your members, contracts and bookings and we load it. Assisted migration is included in the Multi-site plan; on Essential and Complete we guide you through a set-up session.
Yes: the annual price equals 10 monthly payments, so you save two months a year.
The AI assistant pauses until the next billing cycle or until you add an extra pack. The rest of the software keeps working as usual, and unused actions do not roll over to the next month.
